Do you travel to my venue or location?+
Yes — Chardé Maré is a fully mobile luxury studio. Travel within a local radius is included; further destinations are quoted based on distance and time.
How do I book?+
Enquire through the booking form or via WhatsApp. Once we've confirmed availability, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date.
What products do you use?+
A curated kit of luxury and pro-favourite brands — chosen for how they wear, photograph and feel on the skin. Every kit is skin-forward, long-wearing and photograph-ready.
How long does the makeup last?+
Looks are engineered to last a full event — 10 to 14+ hours — with minimal touch-ups required.
How much is the booking fee?+
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. It's deducted from your final balance on the day.
How far in advance should I book?+
For weddings, 4–9 months ahead is ideal. Matric farewells and events should be booked as early as possible, especially during peak season.
Do you offer trials?+
Yes — bridal trials are strongly recommended so we can perfect your look before the wedding day.
Can I bring inspiration?+
Absolutely. Bring images, moodboards, or anything that speaks to you. We'll refine everything together in your consultation.
Do you offer group bookings?+
Yes — bridal parties, family groups and event teams. Custom quotes for two or more people are provided on enquiry.
What if I need to reschedule?+
Reach out as soon as possible. Deposits can typically be transferred to a new date within a defined window, subject to availability.
