Booking

Trials

— Bridal trials are booked separately before the wedding date.
— One trial is included in the package.
— Additional trials are charged at R750.

Travel

— Travel within the local area is included (if applicable).
— Travel outside the local area is charged at R6 per kilometre (round trip).
— Accommodation may be required for very early starts or distant venues.

Wedding Day

— The bride must arrive with a clean, moisturised face.
— A suitable workspace with good natural lighting and a chair must be provided.
— Delays caused by clients may affect the schedule.

Cancellations

— The booking fee is non-refundable.
— Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding require payment of 100% of the remaining balance.
— Date changes are subject to availability.

Additional Guests

— Any additional makeup services requested after booking are subject to availability.

Photography

— Chardé Maré Artistry reserves the right to photograph completed makeup for portfolio and social media purposes unless otherwise requested by the client.

Health & Safety

— Only professional, sanitised products and brushes are used.
